Whenever I think of this it always makes me smile, and I've got a feeling it always will. It wasn't that long ago that we were laughing about it together. I still don't think Paul knows about this, but he does now! It was a couple of summers ago and we had arranged to go to the beach. There was Paul, Olivia, Hugo, Felix, I think Charlotte may have been there to, and you and I. You had packed up a lunch for everyone and off we went to Felixstowe. It was a lovely sunny day. Its a stony beach and we all kept losing our footing whilst running around playing with the boys. Anyhow, I think Olivia and I had dug a big hole in the stones for the boys to play in and you were helping too. The next thing we know, you had slipped down into the hole and you couldn't get out! Olivia and I were trying to help you and lift you up but we just couldn't! You were laughing so hard and couldn't stop laughing! Paul was completely unaware of what was happening because he was either fixing something, or building something for one of the boys and once you could get your words out you just kept saying 'Make sure he doesn't see! He'll go potty!' Well, I suppose seeing your wife stuck in a hole on a beach would send anyone into overdrive! Ha ha! Eventually we did manage to get you out and we've chuckled about it ever since!
I miss you Angie. Thankyou for being the loveliest Mother In Law I could have wished for and the most fantastic Nanny to your precious little Grandsons, Hugo and Felix. We will never forget you and I will ensure that the boys grow up knowing that you loved them very very much. With all my love sweetheart, Roxie xxx
